So, do you enjoy our first ever journey to get more sleep? If don't, I encourage you to get them here :)
Alright, I'll start by answering a question I frequently ask to my self: How do you sleep?
Personally I slept 7.5 to 9 hours per day for each cycle of 24 hours a day, usually in the form of 7-8 hours of sleep a night and sleep for 20-60 minutes. For each 24-hour cycle that I think this amount of sleep, I exercise better, heart rate tuned well, nerves and sharp creativity and my memory is through the roof.
This may seem like a lot of sleep for you. But sleep pretty darn important. And 99.99% of it, if someone tells you "less sleep than the average person", they need to lie or lying to yourself.
Even celebrities and athletes who did not sleep a lot (AKA "elite napping"), such as Barack Obama, Dean Karnazes, Martha Stewart and Donald Trump-all those who claim to sleep only 4-5 hours a night – perhaps give something somewhere else in their life or their health for their relatively modest amounts of NAP.
Somewhere in my life (for the reasons you will learn) or memory of creativity is suffering.
Somewhere on their body, inflammation is rampant.
Somewhere in the brain or muscle cells, regeneration is not be allowed to happen.
This is the kind of damage that you create when you don't sleep enough, especially when you combine the lack of sleep with large amounts of physical or mental activities.
At next article I will give you some tips. Stay tuned :)
